You can pick up your order at Kilonpuisto 5, Espoo (free shipping) OR you can choose delivery via postal service (shipping and packaging costs €10-15).

Shipping costs are specified for each product, including packaging and postage fees.

We will ship in-stock products within 1-5 business days after payment has been received. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched!

If a product is out of stock and this is not indicated on our online store, we will contact you as soon as possible!

According to Finnish Consumer Protection Law, customers have a 14-day exchange and return period.

Note: The right to return applies only to unused and resalable in-stock products. The product must be in brand-new condition and in its original packaging. If the product has been used or treated in a way that violates the buyer's legal duty of care, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee, up to the full price.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for exchanges or returns and must ensure that the product is returned to us.

Please keep the postal receipt for exchanges and returns.

Failure to pick up an order is not considered a return. A handling fee of 10€ will be charged for unclaimed postal packages.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

The production time for custom-made products is 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

For custom clothing, 1-3 meetings/appointments with the customer are required to ensure the product is the correct size and meets the customer's preferences.

The price estimate for custom-made clothing is provided in the product description, but the final price will be determined once the customer has shared their preferences through the form.

If additional requests or significant changes arise during the production process, an additional charge may apply. This will always be agreed upon with the customer beforehand.

Work will begin once the plan has been mutually approved and the cost of the work has been paid.

Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange or return.

We will send an invoice for the products.

The products are handmade at Calisthenics Lab.

Handmade products may have slight variations from one item to another. Specifically, the alignment of patterns on fabric can vary significantly.
